Really, a paper cup instead of glasses?! The room also did not have any type of lounge or comfortable seating. My room did not have a coffee maker, a real glass drinking glass and only had the bare minimum toiletries. But they shouldn’t make a guest feel like they are being fee’d and charged for every little thing and provided the bare minimum. First, I understand that this hotel and casino is a business. The areas this place falls on its face are the non premium rooms and the price of beverages.
